Leading with Clarity
We want to be able to do as much as we can with whatever we’ve got - whether that’s a lot or (too!) little at any time.
But how do we decide where best to invest our resources when we’re being pulled in so many directions?
Join small charity strategic leadership specialist, Yasmin Glover, and four other friendly experts on a four month journey to clarify your strategic thinking and make intentional decisions for a purpose-driven, impactful, and sustainable future.

We’ll walk through four key areas of strategic thinking for your organisation, introducing helpful tools, actions and considerations along the way. You’ll join live workshops, build a supportive peer learning community with other leaders, and have access to one-to-one coaching and support sessions throughout the course.
CONTENT
Rooting in purpose - Yasmin Glover and Flóra Raffai
We start at the very beginning…with your organisation’s ‘origin story’. We’ll explore why you exist, what that need looks like now, and what your current position is to be able to meet it - rooting in facts and purpose to ground our future thinking and decisions.
Prioritising ‘possible’ - Yasmin Glover and Liz Pepler
There’s so much we want to be able to do, but the more realistic we are, the more of a difference we can really make. We’ll assess your activities through the lenses of mission, money, and people to help you make strategic decisions about what to resource and build your resilience longer-term.
Building your community - Yasmin Glover and Helen Deakin
Whatever activities we decide to take forward, we rely on a whole host of people to make them happen - from our own teams, to our beneficiaries, partners and funders. We’ll help you to identify your key strategic audiences, and the messages and methods of communication you’ll need to engage them in your work.
Learning and improving - Yasmin Glover and Hannah Stranger-Jones
Part of providing the most impactful services we can is knowing what’s working so we can do more of it, knowing what we could do less of to enable that, and building an evidence base for it all. We’ll consider how to develop and implement a relevant and realistic impact and learning framework for your organisation.
