I offer holistic secular and faith-based coaching, supporting people to overcome obstacles, untangle their thoughts and figure out what they need to thrive.

We will work together to protect your wellbeing while identifying and progressing towards transformational goals - whether adjusting to a new role, developing leadership skills, or balancing work with other life transitions.

I usually recommend starting with six sessions which allows time to reflect, put things into practice and create a real shift. We can be flexible about what this looks like - sessions can be 50-90mins (online), and could be every week, every other week, or every month depending on what we're working on. It's all driven by what will work best for you and what you want to get out of sessions, and we can adapt as we go along.
